First time clients

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WISH TO RENT EQUIPMENT
FROM FILM RENTAL FOR THE FIRST TIME WE NEED THE
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BEFORE WE CAN DELIVER
EQIPMENT:

-    Completed Request Form via e-mail (linked to info@film-rental.org)  
-    Scanned copy of passport of the responsible person at your company
-    Scanned bank transfer confirmation accordingly to our invoice
-    Approved equipment insurance
    (if you wish to cover all risks by your insurance)
